Equus Workforce Solutions has a 50-year history of supporting youth facing barriers to starting their professional life — and through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Youth Program, they embarked on a journey to provide more holistic mentorship to the youth they serve. Thus, a pilot program with InsideTrack and four of Equus’ workforce boards across the country was born.
